There was no quitting season during Covid…


We’re fast approaching quitting season, predictable same time every year and ladies im talking to you, but interesting during covid far less people operated in the way they do post covid, why?

Well quite simply, discipline sometimes takes the form of restriction. Restriction often prevents us from making silly decisions. Trying to lose weight… be disciplined or restrict yourself a bit.

Trying to gain weight… be disciplined or restrict your natural urges to do the things which prevent you from gaining weight. Trying to improve your mental health… be disciplined about getting to your workouts and restrict the negative time you spend on Facebook, social media or even with friends who influence you negatively.

Whenever you started even If you just began in January and are already thinking about quitting exercise, consider these things, quitters never win!
