Some times our mental health struggles are about us internalising everything and making our own feelings and emotions the most important thing in our mind.
Switch the focus.
Instead of being everything that you think you need, try thinking about what someone else close to you in your home or heart requires.
Lifting and supporting others can be as rewarding as the short term pursuit of your own happiness and sometimes looking at the needs of someone less fortunate than yourself helps to remind you how lucky you are!
We all struggle... it’s what we do with that struggle that defines who we are.
