Tonight we reached France for the second time since we started our online workouts! Turning up even when on holiday is coke commitment! Thank you to everyone who showed up and pulled me through being unwell. It’s easy for me to match your energy! 🤝

I can’t say I learned anything about myself today… I learned a lot a long time ago and my mental strength is one of the things that underpins the ethos behind the Core Attack Fitness lifestyle Club but there’s a message I want everyone to try and take something from today. Whether it is about workouts or life itself there’s a lesson in every experience we have.
