Simple protein pancakes

2 mashed bananas
2 whisked eggs
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of butter (or anything else to grease the pan)
1. Mix together bananas, eggs, and protein powder until well combined.
2. Place a pan over a medium heat. Grease the pan. Once the pan is hot, add a large spoonful of the pancake mix to the pan - about 3/5 inches wide. Once they begin to sizzle, flip and cook for around a minute each side.
3. Finally, add whatever healthy topping you like; chopped fruit, a drizzle of honey or some natural yogurt.
