TOP TIP:
1: Find a form of exercise that you find fun but that pushes you to your limits. 2: Practice making future commitments, tell a friend your intentions, book in advance, anything that helps you feel a bit more accountable and not last minute. 3: Set a target greater than you currently have for yourself. After almost two years for many of us with no exercise, if we are still not back in a routine its likely our standards for ourself when it comes to fitness and wellness are far too low. This won't get us anywhere but complaints that we 'need to back it' Set the standard higher and if you fall short of those standards, you will at least reap the benefits of trying!
