Most people find it more challenging to love fitness when they have nothing in their mind to work out for.

Most people who have a long term relationship with consistent exercise and its benefits can't understand it but the truth is that for many people who require some external motivation to enjoy their favourite class or to get up for exercise, its really difficult when it feels like there nothing.
It's no secret that the average person is motivated by a wedding, a holiday or January. The most difficult part is developing a relationship with fitness which is based on reaping the physical and mental rewards of consistent engagement with fitness.
The simple solution (if you require it)... is to create a fake reason in your mind, a short term goal like... 'I am absolutely going to make 3 workouts this week' or by my little ones next birthday I want to have clocked up (x-number) of workouts.
