Sutton Royals Elite Squad Training

This is an exclusive closed training sessions for selected players from the Sutton Royals Netball Club. 

Participants should bring a towel and bottle of water to the session. 

Exercise mats will be reuquired and provided if participlants do not have their own. 

Core Attack resistance bands should be brought to every session.
