About the Event
All levels welcome to this Netball Fitness Coaching Session. Take part in an extensive warm up and technical drills like the pro’s. All geared to get your steps in whilst burning a ton of calories whilst having a bit of a laugh 😄 Join us and bring a friend too!
Participants should bring a towel and bottle of water to the session. Appropriate supportive footwear should be worn.
