About the Event
This is a training sessions for selected squads Stage 3 and Senior team from the Sutton Royals Netball Club.Â
Participants should bring a towel and bottle of water to the session.Â
Exercise mats will be reuquired and provided if participlants do not have their own.Â
Core Attack resistance bands should be brought to every session.Â
