About the Event
ATTACK 🟢 Live In Person is the ‘real life‘ in person experience of the Benji Live ATTACK workout. A combat workout Using Punch Bags and MMA style fighting gloves. Inspired by martial arts and boxercise.
This session is a short blast of explosive movements and fighting techniques delivered by a 2nd Dan karateka. Combining the HIIT (high intensity interval training) principles to get you sweating, burning a ton of calories and get your core muscles firing like never before.
Hand wraps and hand weights are also optional. If you have some bring them! Fight gloves are available to pre order.
This is a session for those with a high level of fitness experience.
Not suitable for those with severe lower back or lower limb problems.
