It’s a 🔄cycle not a sprint. Rule of 3rds

Feel great 1/3 of the time

Ok 1/3 of the time

Shit 1/3 of the time

As long as you have that split for the next year, 2/3rds of your year you will feel ok - that’s enough time to be disciplined, sensible, make good decisions and take good care of yourself and another 1/3 where it’s really easy to do those things because you feel great about yourself anyway. The final hurdle…

Get through that bad 1/3rd and remember the other 2/3rd of your year you’re going to feel great or ok at the very least!
