Don’t be average this 2024 the year of No Excuses 💫🦋


Here are 3 tips to get set in your mind ready for our start back to 2024 💫🚀

1. Set specific, measurable goals: Don't just say you want to "get in shape" or "lose weight." Be specific about what you want to achieve.

Look more than 50% of people who read this are not going to have achieved by this time next year what they set out to today... don't shoot the messenger but instead challenge yourself to hold yourself accountable. Write a list of things you plan to achieve this year and put it in an email to yourself. Schedule the email to send on the 1st of Jan 2025! Remember that email is on its way to you when you think about skipping a workout or feeling 'unmotivated'.



2. Build a support system: Surround yourself with people who will encourage and motivate you. A personal trainer, or an online fitness community is a great way to do it. You need not to rely on anyone else but at least have a little encouragement to keep you pushing in the moments you feel like slacking.

 

3. Stay consistent: Consistency is key when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. Make a plan and stick to it, even on days when you don't feel like working out. Remember, every small step you take gets you closer to your ultimate goal. With these tips in mind, you'll be well on your way to crushing your fitness goals in 2024 and beyond
