If you've not yet started this years journey now is the time to move!

Missing a Monday typically is always a recipe for failure don't make a habit of it! The best thing you can do if you managed to miss yesterday is have an honest word with yourself but...

The good news is...

Today is a new day and for those of you not lucky enough to get to our club physically we have new challenge to help you do just that for the next 21 days! Now then... most people who start the 21 days will not finish them I guarantee you! I have the data to prove it... but... if you've got half a chance of achieving your desired fitness and health goals this year you've got to do some things which you just can't avoid. Starting with disassociating yourself with any negative behaviours that stop you doing what you need to.

Instead of thinking about what you need to DO think about what you need to STOP DOING to make space in your life for your health and wellbeing.

Create as much space as you possibly can for it and the results will come... I have the data to prove that too ๐Ÿ˜‰
